We are hosting an intimate backyard wedding reception for about 50 guests and need a caterer who can handle a buffet-style dinner service. We would love a Southern comfort or BBQ-leaning menu with at least one vegetarian main, plus setup, chafing dishes, and cleanup. Serving window is roughly 5:30 to 8:00 PM. Staffed service preferred but drop-off with setup will be considered. Please include a sample menu with your bid.
