Set up & sell

Follow our 5-step Setup Wizard — profile, delivery zones, hours, Stripe payouts, and your first menu items.

Before you apply, make sure you can check these boxes

  • You are 18 or older and legally able to sell food where you live
  • You understand and follow your state and local cottage food / home kitchen laws, and hold any required permits, licenses, or food handler certifications
  • You can accurately list ingredients and disclose major allergens for every item you sell
  • You prepare, package, and hand off food safely (temperature control, clean workspace, secure packaging)
  • You can fulfill orders on the hours and turnaround times you post

What it costs — and how fast you get paid

  • Free to join — no monthly fee, no upfront cost
  • 5% commission on orders paid by card through Munchor checkout, with automatic payouts
  • 8% commission on cash / payment-app orders collected at pickup (self-reported, invoiced weekly)
  • Srvd Gigs: 10% fee, half your pay up front — win an event booking and 50% of your share lands within 48–72 hours of the client's payment clearing, so you can shop and prep. The balance releases right after the event. Details in the Booking Agreement.
The legal part: By submitting a vendor application you agree to the Marketplace Terms & Vendor Agreement, and bidding on gigs is governed by the Srvd Gigs Booking Agreement. Munchor Market is a marketplace platform — we do not prepare, inspect, or handle your food. You are an independent business and solely responsible for food safety, legal compliance, and the products you sell. Once approved, the Setup Wizard walks you through everything. Questions first?
